This wiki is intended as a Korean grammar reference that you can use to quickly look up Korean grammar constructions. It is NOT intended to teach you Korean grammar per se. Also, it is a closed wiki i.e. only registered users can edit the wiki.
Finally! All of the articles listed are finished. I originally expected it would take six months to create this database but it's actually taken a little over three years to the day to finish it. I have to fix some dead links in the articles and then I will be creating a Microsoft Access file of this entire grammar database. After that, I plan to expand the number of articles by at least triple the present number and that undoubtedly will take me longer than I anticipate. I hope you enjoy this database and it helps you with learning Korean.
I started this because we were frustrated by the amount of time it takes to look up a grammar pattern unknown to us in a reference book such as the ones below. They are all great references but it takes a long time to find something in them. Hence, the Korean Online Grammar database. This project is not meant to replace those books and we encourage any Korean language learner to purchase those or other Korean language textbooks. Enjoy!
You can search either in English or Korean by putting in the search term in the search field on the left. Simply type in the Korean phrase or English phrase you are looking for. Alternately, you can select an individual article from the articles column on the left. This page is best viewed with Internet Explorer. If you are using IE 8, clicking on Compatibility View (icon just to the right of the address box), it will make this page look better to include article numbers being shown.
