This pattern shows anticipation/expectation of a certain action's result.

- used mostly with action verbs
- the verb in the main/final/independent clause is in the past tense
- ㄹ 까 해서 attaches to verbs ending in a vowel
- 을 까 해서 attaches to verbs ending in a consonant


Examples:
치구를 만날까 해서, 여기에 왔습니다./I expected to meet my friend, so I came here.
비가 올까 해서, 우산을 가지고 왔어요./As I expected it to rain, I brought an umbrella.
